This seven-province structure is genuinely the broadest provincial licensing footprint of any South African bookmaker reviewed by BettingGuru SA. It means Hollywoodbets operates through South African-registered entities under domestic regulatory oversight in every province it serves, rather than relying on an offshore licence with limited accountability to local customers.

Hollywoodbets’ published terms and conditions (reviewed directly by BettingGuru SA) set out four withdrawal routes: cash at a Hollywoodbets branch, EFT to a South African bank account, cell-phone-linked payouts via Standard Bank Instant Money, FNB eWallet, ABSA CashSend or Nedbank Send-iMali, and Eezi Cash Vouchers. No international bank accounts are supported.

Eezi Cash Vouchers have a R50 minimum and R2,500 maximum per withdrawal, a R25,000 monthly limit, and the voucher itself is valid for 7 days from creation before it automatically expires and reverses to the Hollywoodbets account.

Two further terms are worth flagging for sports bettors specifically. Hollywoodbets provides responsible gambling tools directly within the account settings panel, including customer-set deposit limits and cooling-off periods. We could not confirm that setting a deposit limit is compulsory during registration, and did not find evidence of dedicated session-time reminders — if either of these isn’t already in place, they’d be a genuine, worthwhile addition rather than something we’re marking against the operator; we simply can’t credit unconfirmed features.
