New platform live chat: asked directly about current daily and monthly withdrawal limits on new.supabets.co.za, support agent Julia Serole stated: “the daily withdrawal limit is R5,000 (with a maximum of R2,500 per transaction for FNB eWallet), and Standard[s] bank[,] and the daily limit withdrawal is R25,000 for EFT.” Read plainly, this suggests the FNB eWallet per-transaction cap (R2,500) is unchanged from the legacy platform, but that the R25,000 figure previously documented as a monthly cardless-withdrawal cap may now be a daily EFT limit — a meaningful improvement if accurate. The answer’s phrasing was internally unclear about the Standard Bank Instant Money figure specifically, so we’d treat this as a lead to confirm directly (e.g. in writing, or via the linked help-centre article) rather than a settled fact.

Supabets receives 7.0/10 for Withdrawal Terms & Payout Evidence. The genuinely fast Ozow EFT route, clearly published payout instructions, and a support answer suggesting an improved daily EFT limit are real positives. The answer’s internal inconsistency and recurring independent complaints about delayed or rejected withdrawals are worth weighing — a pattern also present in comparable local operators — and the absence of independently confirmed payout data keeps this out of Strong territory. Because withdrawals are processed through the same wallet and limits for both products, this score applies equally to Supabets’ casino and sportsbook offerings.

New platform note: the new.supabets.co.za homepage shows a more personalised, category-driven layout than the legacy lobby — sections like “For You,” “Slots For You” and “Popular Live Tables” suggest a recommendation-style browsing structure. We have not yet confirmed the underlying provider list or game count on the new platform, so the score below is carried over from our legacy-platform review rather than a fresh assessment.

The Android application itself was not installed and checked across a representative set of casino, payment and account functions as part of this review, and this has not yet been redone on the new platform.

Its official contact and app pages advertise multilingual customer assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We reached out again via live chat directly on new.supabets.co.za on 29 July 2026. After providing account verification details, chat connected to human agent Julia Serole within a few minutes — worth noting on its own, since a number of competing operators route live chat through a bot-first flow before (or instead of) reaching a person. Across four targeted questions, the agent gave a substantive, on-topic answer every time and did not deflect or stall:

Asked about the casino welcome offer’s wagering requirement and expiry, the agent cited a 5x wagering requirement on Habanero Instant Games and pointed to the official Play Vegas T&Cs page for full details — see the Bonus Fairness section above for why this differs from the 10x figure we’d previously documented, which we’re flagging rather than resolving. Asked directly whether the same bonus could be used for sportsbook, the agent correctly confirmed casino and sportsbook bonuses are product-specific and not interchangeable.

Asked whether FICA verification carries over from an old Supabets account to the new site, the agent confirmed it generally should, “provided your account details remain the same” — a reasonably clear answer, though appropriately hedged rather than an unconditional guarantee.

Asked about daily and monthly withdrawal limits, the agent’s answer was less clean: it named a R5,000 daily limit with a R2,500 per-transaction cap for FNB eWallet, referenced “Standard[s] bank” without a clear standalone figure, and cited R25,000 as a daily EFT limit. The underlying information was likely accurate but the phrasing ran the different methods together in a way that could confuse a customer trying to plan a specific withdrawal — see the Withdrawals section for our read on this.

Asked how to set up a deposit limit or self-exclusion on the new site, the agent said this can now be done by logging in, navigating to a “Responsible Gambling” section, and selecting the desired option directly — a more self-service-sounding process than the support-request-based system documented on the legacy platform. Checking that actual section directly (see Responsible Gambling Tools below) confirms the self-exclusion/cooling-off half of this in detail, but shows no deposit-limit control on the same screen — so we’d treat the agent’s answer as half-accurate rather than fully confirmed.

Supabets receives 7.5/10 for Customer Support. Reaching a real person quickly — rather than a bot-first flow, which a number of competing operators use — is a genuine, explicit positive, and the agent gave clear, accurate answers on two of the four questions with a third reasonably hedged. That’s offset by two answers with real, documented problems: the withdrawal-limits answer was internally confusing, and the responsible-gambling answer’s deposit-limit claim didn’t hold up against the actual account screen (see below). Together with unconfirmed complex FICA and dispute handling, that keeps this at Good rather than Strong.

Supabets publishes responsible-gambling information covering warning signs, protection of minors, safer-play guidance and external support. Supabets’ formal policy also distinguishes between regular account closure, a cooling-off closure of at least seven days, a 30-day short break, a temporary closure of up to three months, self-exclusion of at least six months and permanent lifetime exclusion.

Deposit limits are available, but they are not fully self-service. Supabets’ published guidance instructs customers to contact support to request daily, weekly or monthly limits. It states that reductions take effect immediately and that increases or removals are subject to a cooling-off period. However, the same guidance contains inconsistent references to a 24-hour and a seven-day waiting period.

A more serious weakness appears in Supabets’ current general terms. The operator reserves up to two days to process and fully implement a formal self-exclusion request. The terms instruct the player to stop using the account during that period and state that Supabets is not liable for losses incurred before implementation. A protective temporary lock should ideally take effect as soon as the request is received.

No self-service loss limits, wagering limits, session-time limits or reality-check reminders were found on the legacy platform. The exclusion policy also states that withdrawals are unavailable while an account is excluded but does not explain the balance-settlement process as clearly as it should.

Reviewing the account’s Responsible Gambling settings on new.supabets.co.za directly, we found a “Cooling-Off Period” tool with four selectable tiers — Days, Months, Years, and Infinite — with the Days tier offering individually clickable buttons for every value from 1 to 29, confirmed by a “Confirm Cooling-Off Period” button. The screen states: “Please note that once you initiate a cooling-off period, you will not be able to access your account until the cooling-off period has expired,” which reads as an immediate lock on confirmation — a genuine improvement on the up-to-two-day formal-exclusion processing window documented in Supabets’ general terms, if that reading holds in practice for all exclusion lengths.

This same screen shows no deposit-limit control, which is worth noting directly: support had told us (see Customer Support section) that deposit limits could be set from this same “Responsible Gambling” section — the account itself doesn’t bear that out, at least not on this screen, so we’d treat the agent’s claim about self-service deposit limits as unconfirmed rather than accurate.
